Soviet red Medal Badge order star Moscow Society Friends Air Fleet MODVF (1911)
Moscow Society of Friends of the Air Fleet MODVF 1923 - 1925. The Society of Friends of the Air Fleet of the USSR, or ODVF for short, was the first nationwide public organization in the Soviet Union engaged in comprehensive assistance to the development of the Air Fleet in the volume of all its then components - military and civil aviation, aeronautics, as well as aviation sports in the face of gliding and aircraft modeling. The date of birth of the company is March 8, 1923, but the origins are in the decisions of the IV All-Russian Congress of Red Air Fleet workers held in the summer of 1921. On the latter, with the aim of attracting the broadest masses to co-financing the state program for the creation of a domestic aviation industry, the slogan was born, and then propaganda methods were widely disseminated: Working people, build an air fleet!
