Head of the Chemical Service of the 20th Anti-Aircraft Division of the Reserve of the Chief Commander. Showed as a chemist officer competent professional and loving his job.

In the battles in the Caucasus and Vitebsk, he proved himself as a courageous officer. He worked a lot to train specialists in chemistry in units and personnel. During the fighting in Belarus, he showed himself to be a brave officer. During the breakthrough of the German defenses on the Oder River, he managed to clearly follow the orders of the command.
